Setting up systems
Starting a business or need to get set up for success? You need a bookkeeper who can advise you on the right bookkeeping systems and procedures to put in place so you get set up properly from the start. Regular bookkeeping support

BAS & GST
As registered BAS agents, we can help ensure you meet your GST obligations – and submit accurate lodgements on time, every time. When we submit your BAS on your behalf, you’re protected by Safe Harbour laws, which reduces your liability. Each quarter, we’ll review your transactions and then prepare and lodge your BAS statements ahead of the due date.
Tax preparation
We can help you get your books in order and generate income/expense reports, ready for your tax accountant to lodge your EOFY income tax returns. We leave no stone unturned when reconciling your accounts and hunting down receipts, and partner with your accountant to make your yearly tax preparation as smooth as possible.
Payroll
One of the most important processes in a business is payroll. You must pay employees the correct amount on time, and you must ensure you meet all your obligations. We can help with timesheets, pay run processing, single touch payroll reports, super contributions, reconciliation, and more.

Rachel Noffke, Owner & Bookkeeper
Rachel has always been into the numbers, and so when she got the opportunity to pursue a career in bookkeeping, it was an obvious choice. Her first role was working in the hospitality industry, a fast-paced environment that demanded good procedures and flawless tracking. Eventually, she took up a position to provide bookkeeping services in an accounting firm, where she broadened her experience across a huge range of industries.
Rachel has worked with both startups and established businesses in health, legal, retail, ecommerce, farming, trades, and construction. Rachel delivered bookkeeping support, implemented new systems and procedures, and provided training to help many of her clients feel more confident with their books, and even cost-effectively manage their own bookkeeping. Along the way, she studied Certificate 4 in Bookkeeping and Accounting, and attained her BAS agent registration (26047053).
